This is absolutely interesting, as you might know, I’m a practitioner of the paleo diet where I do not consume any sugar or carbs in my diet. I also abstain from processed food choosing instead to stick to natural food like vegetables, poultry, meats and eggs. Anyway I saw this YouTube video which absolutely blew me away. Similarly on Mark’s website, he had testimonies from people on the paleo diet on how the diet have improved immunity disease, celiac disease, diabetes, acne, IBS and many others. Worth checking out his website.
